Here at Bill Quay Community Farm, we have a wonderful cafe and which has an extensive menu and a varied specials board. We try to use as much local produce as possible as we feel food travels too far from the field to the kitchen, in too much packaging, wasting energy and resources. We believe that by eating locally produced seasonal foods this will not only encourage local distinctiveness but the food will be fresher and more nutritious as it has not travelled as far. It also supports local producers which in turn provides local jobs and supports the local economy.
The Cafe is currently closed but will re-open by Easter 2017, stay tuned!
